Return & Refund Policy

Customer must inform TLP (The Luxury Packaging) within 48 hours of receiving an order in case the products received do not conform to the approved specifications and have printing and production defects. The evidence related to claims should be presented in clear and documented form, and it will be a duty of the customer to reclaim the products found to be faulty within a period of seven (7) working days. TLP has no money-back guarantees. But in the case of verified claims, the order will be repeated free of charge. It is important to ensure that TLP is not responsible to fix mistakes that happen due to files sent by customers and thus reprints have to be conducted at an extra fee.

Order Placement, Payment and Cancellations

The Luxury Packaging online shop will be inclusive of taxes and carriage charges. The price presented on the site will be in GBP. The processing of orders is only done when full payment is made. Customers are allowed to cancel orders made within four (4) hours of the proof being approved, but paid a cancellation fee of 100 pound plus 5 percent off the entire orders. When after 24 hours a cancellation is requested, a 50 percent production fee will be charged. Any selections have to be placed without any cancellation once some production fully commences.

Documentation Artwork and Files

The customer is to make sure that all artworks sent to TLP comply with their technical requirements such as resolution (the minimum of 300 DPI or more) and color mode (CMYK). TLP does not take the blame on print defects due to low-resolution images and use of RGB colour settings and wrong file formats. Customer attests that he/she has got legal rights or ownership to use the content by sending the artwork. TLP has the rights to reject any order, which has offensive, illegal or inappropriate content.

Colour Accuracy and Proofs

In most cases, customers are supposed to carefully check and approve proofs before manufacturing commences. Every delay in approving proofs can lead to long turnaround times. TLP does not take responsibility of all errors that may not be identified in the proof that is approved by the client, such as the problems of colour variations, typography or page layout. Colour might vary a little by standard limitations of the printing process and no colour-exact matching is ensured.

Tax Policy
